List of Available Search Result Columns for Customers

  • ID - The ID number assigned to the customer automatically by the database.

  • Store (Number) - The ID number for the default store the customer is assigned to.

  • Company and Contact Name - The company’s name and/or contact person’s name. Each customer needs either a company name or contact name.

  • Phone, Fax, and Mobile Number - The contact numbers for the customer’s primary Billing Address.

  • Balance - The customer’s current balance.

    • A blue number in parentheses represents a credit balance.

    • A yellow number represents a balance that is within the customer’s credit limit.

    • A red number represents a balance that is over the customer’s credit limit.

Customer Payment / Tax Info

  • Type - The customer’s Type. Customer types can be customized based on your company’s needs.

  • Date Entered - The date the customer was entered into the software.

  • Street Address, City, State, Zip, Country - The Billing Address for the customer record. Customers can have additional addresses, but only the billing address is shown in the search results.

Customer and Vendor Addresses

  • Email Address - The Email Address associated with the primary billing address for the customer.

  • Web Address - The website address associated with the customer. If your customer is a business it might be helpful to store their business webpage.

  • Default Term - The default invoice term assigned to the customer.

  • Salesperson - The default salesperson assigned to the customer.

  • Payment Method - The default payment method assigned to the customer.
