Home - Work Orders List

The Work Order list on the Home screen gives you an overview of your work order history. By default you will see your open WOs, ordered by date, but this list can be filtered however you like.

Filters

Filters control which Work Orders are shown in the table.

Document Type - Filters by a specific type of document, or all documents.

User - Filters by the counterperson assigned to the work order, or all counterpersons.

Date Range - Filters by the date assigned to the work order. Use the menu to select a range from preset options, or enter your own date range in the From and To fields.

Store - Filters by the store of the work order, or all stores.

Show Closed - By default, only open, unfinalized work orders will show. Enable this option to include closed work orders in the list. Closed orders will display with gray text to disambiguate them in the list.

Show Estimates - Enable this option to include work orders that are marked as estimates.

Results

The list of Work Orders will display the following information. Click on any of the column headers to sort the list by that column.

Store # - The store number the work order is assigned to.

WO # - The ID number for the work order.

Date - The date of the work order. It defaults to the date the work order was created but can be changed on the work order.

Type - The work order type.

Counterperson- The counterperson assigned to the work order. The counterperson defaults to the user who creates the work order, but can be overridden on the work order.

Total - The sum of the work order.

Qty Ready - The quantity of parts ready on the work order, out of the total number of job parts.

% Ready - The percentage of job parts ready to be worked on out of the total number of items on the work order.

Notes - The work order document notes.

Description - The full description of the work order and its jobs.

Promised By - The promised by date on the work order.

% Done - The percentage of jobs that are marked done out of the total number of jobs on the work order.

Status - The status of the work order and its associated jobs.

Currently Work Orders can only be edited in ITrack Enterprise Desktop.
