Home - Transfer Orders List

The Transfer Order list on the Home screen gives you an overview of you transfer order history between stores. By default you will see your open TOs, ordered by date, but this list can be filtered however you like.

Filters

Filters control which Transfer Orders are shown in the table.

User - Filters by the user who created the transfer order, or all users.

Date Range - Filters by the date assigned to the transfer order. Use the menu to select a range from preset options, or enter your own date range in the From and To fields.

Store - Filters by the store of the transfer order, or all stores. Includes both the Source store and the Destination store.

Show Done Receiving- By default, only open, unreceived transfer orders will show. Enable this option to include received transfer orders in the list. Closed orders will display with gray text to disambiguate them in the list.


Results

The list of Transfer Orders will display the following information. Click on any of the column headers to sort the list by that column.

TO # - The ID number for the transfer order.

Date - The date of the transfer order. It defaults to the date the transfer order was created but can be changed on the transfer order.

Source- The store assigned as the source of the transfer; the store the order will be sent from.

Source Comments - Any comments associated with the source on the transfer order.

Destination - The receiving store for the transfer order; the store the order will be sent to.

Destination Comment - Any comments associated with the destination on the transfer order.

User- The user who created the transfer order.

Ordered - Whether the transfer order has been marked as sent to the source store or not.

Filled - Whether the transfer order has been received by the destination store or not.

Currently Transfer Orders can only be accessed in ITrack Enterprise Desktop.
