If you are having issues viewing your dashboard reports or charts, this article will walk you through some common issues to check.
đ I Donât See the Report Tab
Make sure the report is shared with you. Reports can be shared with a specific person, with a User Group, or with everyone. If you donât see the report in the tabs at the top of the Dashboard screen, it usually means the report isnât shared with you or youâre not a member of the group that the report is shared with. Ask the report owner to share the report with you, or check the dashboard configuration sharing settings.

â ď¸ I See the Report, But the Chart Has An Error
Make sure the report has all the parameters the chart needs. Both the reports (the tabs at the top of the Dashboard screen), and the charts (the boxes that contain the data) have parameters that can be set. Since a report can contain many charts, it can have different parameters than the charts. A report can have a parameter that a chart doesnât use, but the report must contain all of a chartâs parameters in order for the chart to work. For example, if a chart needs a date parameter but the report doesnât have that parameter, the chart canât load its data. To fix the issue, you will either need to add the chart parameters to the report, or make a new report for the chart with the correct parameters.
If the chart is embedded from another source, make sure you can load it outside of ITrack. You can configure a dashboard chart to embed a chart from an external source, such as Power BI, Google Looker Studio, and others. If this chart becomes unavailable in that external source, ITrack wonât be able to load the chart either. Check the web address (URL) of the embedded report in a browser window outside of ITrack. If it doesnât load, it will need to be fixed at the source.
