(Info) - This column contains buttons that can be clicked to show more information in a side panel.

Basic Info
- Shows you some basic details about the part such as quantity, retail price, description etc.

Part Allocations
- Shows you the Sales Orders that either have quantity for the part held or sold.

Attachments
- Shows you all attachments on the part.

Vehicle Info
- If this part came from a vehicle teardown, this shows information from the vehicle the part was taken from.

(Images) - Shows you a preview of the first image attached to the part, and a number in the corner shows you the total number of attachments. Clicking on the image to open a panel where you can see all attachments.

Store (Number) - The ID number for the store the part is located at. You can find the store number next to the store name in the Stores filter.

Tag # - The ID used to identify the part. Either this is an ID assigned by your company, or one that is automatically assigned by the software.

Part Type - The type of part, for example, Engine Assembly, Transmission Assembly, DEF Tank, Fender Extension, etc.

Part Manufacturer - The company that manufactures this item.

Part Model - The name the manufacturer uses to identify this item.

Category - The category assigned to this part, for example, Used, New, Rebuilt. Categories can be customized, so this list may vary in your system.

Year - If this part came off of a vehicle, this is the vehicle’s year.

Make - If this part came off of a vehicle, this is the vehicle’s make.

Model - If this part came off of a vehicle, this is the vehicle’s model.

Body Style - If this part came off of a vehicle, this is the vehicle’s body style.

Side - If the part is specific to a side, such as a seat or door assembly, this indicates which side.

OEM # - Original equipment manufacturer’s identification number.

Date Entered - The date the part was entered into the software.

Status - The status code for the part, such as Available, Sold, Crushed, etc.

User Status - User statuses are independent of the part status, and can be customized to fit your company’s needs.

Qty - The stocked quantity of the part.

Note that available quantity may be different if the part is held by a document like a price quote or a work order.

Wholesale - The wholesale price you have set for the part. This is the price a customer will pay if they are set up to pay wholesale prices.

Core - The core charge for any customer set up to pay retail prices.

Retail - The retail price you have set for the part. This is the default price a customer will pay.

Type Field 1-4 - The Type fields refer to custom fields that are assigned to this part type. Each part type can have its own custom field values, for example, an Engine Assembly might have custom fields for HP, mileage, etc.
