ITrack Enterprise Web version is a newer product compared to the desktop version, and is still being developed. Because of this, there are features that require the desktop version at this time. When new features are released, this knowledge base will be updated.
Articles published in this knowledgebase will indicate features that reference or require the desktop application using this red call-out panel.
The web version and the desktop version share a database and can be used concurrently. You can mix usage, such as using desktop when on site and web when out in the field, or by having some users use web and some use desktop.
