Vehicle Info
- Shows you some basic details about the vehicle, such as VIN, mileage, etc.

Vehicle Components
- Shows you a list of the parts taken off this vehicle or available to take off this vehicle.

Attachments
- Shows you all attachments on the vehicle.

(Images) - Shows you a preview of the first image attached to the vehicle, and a number in the corner shows you the total number of attachments. Clicking on the image to open a panel where you can see all attachments.

Store (Number) - The ID number for the store the vehicle is located at. You can find the store number next to the store name in the Stores filter.

Stock # - The ID used to identify the vehicle. Either this is an ID assigned by your company, or one that is automatically assigned by the software.

Type Name - The type of vehicle, which usually indicates if the vehicle is a Vehicle for Sale, a Parts Vehicle, or something else.

Year - The vehicle’s year.

Make - The vehicle’s make.

Model - The vehicle’s model.

VIN - The vehicle’s VIN.

Category -.The category assigned to this vehicle, for example, Flatbed, Cab & Chassis, Rolloff, etc. Categories can be customized, so this list may vary in your system.

Location - The vehicle’s location in your yard.

Date Received- The date the vehicle was received into the software.

Status - The status code for the part, such as Available, Sold, Crushed, etc.

User Status - User statuses are independent of the vehicle status, and can be customized to fit your company’s needs.

Retail - The retail price you have set for the vehicle. This is the default price a customer will pay.

Type Field 1-4 - The Type fields refer to custom fields that are assigned to this vehicle type.
