If you need to find a sales order, but don’t have the sales order number, you can search for it using the Home screen or the Customer screen.
For example, if you know the customer whose sales order you want to find, the fastest way to find the SO will likely be by finding the SO on the Customer Sales tab.
If you don’t know the customer, you can use the Home screen to search for a SO by date, status, or some other criteria.
