To search for a customer, select Customer from the navigation menu. To search for a vendor, select Vendor from the navigation menu.

The search screen lets you find existing customers or vendors or create a new ones by clicking the +New Customer or +New Vendor buttons. Clicking the Search Customers or Search Vendors buttons without entering a keyword search will load every customer or vendor in the database.
Use the Keyword Search box to find a specific a specific customer or vendor. Click the Search Customers or Search Vendors buttons, or press Enter/Return on your keyboard to bring up matching search results.
ITrack supports wild card symbols for searching. Use * in place of a character or multiple characters, or use ? in place of a single character.
For example, entering “C*” will find the Cash Customer and Crete Carrier.
🔎 Search Results
After you perform your search, the search results will appear in a table below. Depending on the size of your screen, you may have to scroll sideways to see all of the columns in the table. Click on any column header to sort results by that column.

If the results don’t fit on one page, you will see buttons below the table to navigate to additional pages.
Click anywhere on the row to open the customer or vendor.
